Pop queen Taylor Swift dropped her new music video for “Delicate’ on 12 March and found herself errr… swiftly… being condemned by irate netizens for ripping-off Spike Jonze’s 2016 ad for the Kenzo World perfume starring actress Margaret Qualley.
Many netizens made the case by showing comparison screen grabs of both videos side by side. They also made the point that Swift’s version was a poor rip-off copy of Jonze’s Kenzo ad.
Anybody else notice that the @taylorswift13 “Delicate” music video ripped off Spike Jonze’s Kenzo video? It’s almost beat-for-beat, just with worse dancing. pic.twitter.com/0hGKxBTn22

The new @taylorswift13 Delicate music video is such an insanely blatant copy/rip-off of the Spike Jonze Kenzo World commercial. The setting, colour palette, choreography, everything.
